1.Shipping Types

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in cart.

Shipment Processing
All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Holiday Shipping

Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.

    Communication is key – we’ll keep you updated throughout the shipping process with email and SMS notifications.

    2.Shipping Costs

    Most orders at PAWZ Road ship for free!  And some orders address at remote areas, we need charge shipping fee! Here’s how it works:

    How to determine whether the customer's address is a remote area?
    Whether the customer's address is a remote area, we will calculate the freight after receiving the customer's order. If the freight exceeds the normal range we can afford, it will be regarded as a remote area address.

    How Much Does Shipping Cost?
    Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address. 

    How customers pay for remote areas?

    After we receive the customer's order and calculate the shipping cost to determine that the customer's address is a remote area, we will contact the customer by email to pay the remote area fee that exceeds the normal shipping cost.

    Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

    Sales Tax

    Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.

    3.International Shipping

    Currently we can ship to the AU. 

    Want to ship somewhere else in the world?

    At this time we can only offer international shipping through our international sites. For shipments outside the AU please contact us to ship to the US, CA or Japan.

    4.Updating Shipping on an Order

    Updating Orders Before Shipping

    Before an item has shipped, you can easily edit the details of your order online. From My Orders, you can cancel, change the delivery method, or change the shipping address for each item.

    Updating Orders In Transit

    Once an item has shipped, a few extra steps are required to make adjustments. Unfortunately, items already in transit cannot be expedited.

    You will receive a mail with tracking number, and then you can trace your order.

      5.Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

      Can't Find Your Package?

      Not to worry! Most items are found within two days. Here are some things to try.

      • 1) Check that your shipping address is correct.

        Let's make sure we shipped to the right place. Current shipping addresses are listed under “Deliver To:” on the My Orders page.

        2) Check around your home or with neighbors.

        Boxes might be at back doors, behind bushes, etc.

        3) Give it 2 days.

        Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.

        4) Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.

        Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.

        5) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

        This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.
